29 CFR 1926.503(c)(1): When the employer had reason to believe that any affected employee who had already been trained did not have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section, the employer did not retrain each such employee where changes in the workplace rendered previous training obsolete: a) Power Plant Road, McAdoo, PA: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 80 feet while cutting support members on a conveyor belt without not appropriately trained on fall protection, on or about June 11, 2020.
