29 CFR 1926.1204(c)(4): The employer did not develop and implement the means, procedures, and practices for purging, inerting, flushing, or venting the confine space to eliminate or control atmospheric hazards: On or about July 9, 2020, at or near the intersection of Mitchell St. and W. Barkley St. in Sour Lake, TX, the employer did not implement procedures for eliminating, ventilating or controlling hydrogen sulfide in the space, exposing employees to toxic sewer gases when entering a sanitary sewer manhole.
