29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4):Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and wherever vision was obstructed: On or about December 8, 2020 the employer failed to ensure that the powered industrial vehicles slowed down when approaching intersections. The Raymond reach truck (model 750-r45tt) was operated in an aisle and direction approaching an intersection without slowing down. The intersection was permanent pass through for pedestrian use.
