29 CFR 1910.184(c)(14):Employers must not use slings without affixed and legible identification markings: On or about August 17, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees unloading materials from a truck trailer are allowed to use a sling that does not have legible identification markings. Employees are exposed to hazards associated with being struck by pipe as it is being unloaded and moved.
