29 CFR 1910.178(k)(1): The brakes of highway truck(s) were not set and wheel chocks placed under the rear wheels to prevent truck(s) from rolling: a. 100 Middlesex Ave., Suite 2, Carteret, NJ - Warehouse The employer did not ensure commercial highway trucks had wheel chocks placed to prevent the truck from rolling when being loaded or unloaded at the warehouse docks. Employees operating Toyota forklifts entered the trucks while engaged in truck loading/unloading activities at the receiving/shipping docks and the trucks were not chocked to prevent movement. Violation observed on or about September 1, 2021
