29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a- Barington Court, Building 3, Mt. Holly NJ: On or about 01/19/22 portable electric equipment, in use by the workers, were observed being powered with flexible cords that were missing their outer protective covering therefore exposing their inner wiring to damage.
