29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a. 2960 Woodbridge Ave., Edison, NJ - Yard The employer did not ensure that employees operating powered industrial equipment used in the movement of materials within the yard and warehouse used operator restraint devices. An employee operated a Doosan, Model D350-7 forklift, and did not use the seatbelt that was intended to assist the operator in reducing the risk of entrapment of the operator's head and/or torso between the truck and ground in the event of a tip over. Condition observed on or about March 3, 2022
