29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(ii): Rigging equipment was loaded in excess of its rated capacity. a) On or about April 20, 2022, at the previously addressed inspection site, rigging equipment (tow strap) was loaded in excess of its rated capacity while lifting a wood framed wall upright from the floor because the attached label informs the tow strap user not to use for lifting, exposing employees to struck by and crushing hazards. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
