29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, post, frames, and/or uprights were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement: Location: a) Supported scaffold on ground level of the jobsite: On or about June 28, 2022, an employee was working on the fa�ade of the building while standing on the first tier platform of a two-tier-high supported scaffold that did not have all the supported scaffold frame braced, and was exposed to falling up to approximately 6 feet to the lower level.
