29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: On or about July 26, 2023, Elmer Miller dba Miller Building Systems, LLC had two employees exposed to fall hazards from standing on the top of a 6-foot stepladder and using the top as a step, on a residential construction site in Savoy, Illinois.
