29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite located at 811-13 Unruh Ave, Philadelphia, PA. - On or about August 28th, 2023, the employer did not provide effective training for each employee installing decking on the 2nd level of a residential building, and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet, in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards. BCG Contractor Group was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605776, citation number 1, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/4/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1370 Germantown Ave. Philadelphia PA 19123. BCG Contractor Group was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1612691, citation number 1, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/9/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1307 Germantown Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19123.
