29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: On February 20, 2024, main production building, at east CNC lathe in Air Compression Station #6: An employee used the compressed air hose from the wall to clean himself of metal shards, with 118 p.s.i. compressed air coming from the air compressor and no chip guarding. Employee was exposed to embolism and struck by hazards.
