29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: a. At 3766 Townsend Oak Court: On or about February 24, 2024, the employer exposed a tree removal climber employee to struck-by head injury hazards in that he was not provided a climber helmet when working elevated in the tree to operate a chain saw and swing cut tree limbs that were roped off.
