29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exits routes were not maintained to provide free and unobstructed access. Hothead Grabba- 103-27 99th Street, Ozone Park, NY 11417 a) Warehouse: Employees engaged in tobacco manufacturing activities were exposed to a delay in exiting the facility in the event of an emergency by over stacked boxes, company equipment, and large plastic bags filled with tobacco waste or dust product along the emergency exit route; on or about 5/2/2024. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
