29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): The employer does not provide fall protection for employees working on scaffolds greater than 10 feet above lower levels: This violation was most recently observed on 05/18/2012, at a jobsite located at, Hooksett Street, Hampton, NH, 03842 when (A) Employees, working on the ladder jack scaffold, were not wearing personal fall arrest systems while installing the initial rows of roofing materials and (B) Employees, working on the roof bracket scaffold, were not wearing personal fall arrest systems while installing rows of roofing materials. Prior violations referred to include a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard which was contained in: High Top Roofing, OSHA Inspection Number 113799662, Serious Citation Number 01, Item Number 001, issued on 09/20/2002, with a final order date of 09/30/2003, with respect to a workplace located at 12 Captains Way, Kittery Point, ME, 03905.
