29 CFR 1910.109(i)(2)(iii)(c): Walls on exposed sides of storage buildings within 50 feet of combustible buildings, forests, piles of combustible materials and similar exposure hazards were not of fire-resistive construction: On or about April 17, 2013 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that the east wall of the fertilizer building and seed room were fire resistant rated and was not located within 50 feet of the office/maintenance shop building.
