29 CFR 1910.176(b): Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers were not stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they were stable and secure against sliding or collapse: Instances including, but not limited to the following: a) Jobsite, 6th and Center Street, Tarentum, PA: On or about June 18, 2014, in rows 7 and 8 of the warehouse, the employer did not ensure that brick stacks were stored in a safe manner in that they were not stable and could tip over/collapse.
