29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving parts, i.e. belts, gears, shafts, pulleys, sprockets, spindles, drums, fly wheels, chains, or other reciprocating, rotating or moving parts of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded: a) 1154 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, NJ 07008. Employee was exposed to amputation hazards while working in close proximity to gas powered air compressor with the belt guard missing. Condition occurred on or about 06/03/14.
