29 CFR 1910.120(q)(2)(ix): The emergency response plan did not address, to the extent not addressed elsewhere, emergency response procedures: (a) Oil Movements, Polymer Modified Asphalt Tank 113; On or about April 28, 2015 Calumet Superior, LLC. did not have adequate emergency procedures in place to address fire and increasing pressurization within the atmospheric tank as employees attempted to install a blind on the vent/overflow line.
