29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) Press #1: On or about May 24, 2017 and at times prior, an employees operate Paper Machine Converting Company printing press while being exposed to unguarded rollers on the Unwind Side, Rewind Side, and Roller Viewing Area. (b) Press #2: On or about May 24, 2017 and at times prior, an employees operate Paper Machine Converting Company printing press while being exposed to unguarded rollers on the Unwind Side, Rewind Side, and Roller Viewing Area. (c) Press #3: On or about May 24, 2017 and at times prior, an employees operate Fischer and Krecke 16s printing press while being exposed to unguarded rollers on the Unwind Side, Rewind Side, and Roller Viewing Area.
