29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs 42 inches or less from the floor level were not fully enclosed by guards conforming to requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): (a)Associated Milk Producers, Inc. at 127 Commercial Avenue in Hoven, SD 57450: On or about and at times prior to October 19, 2022, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from caught-in and nip-point hazards in that the motor of the Curd and Whey Transfer Pump PF-8 not fully enclosed exposing employees to caught-in hazards created by movement of the associated belt and pulley. This condition exposed employees to caught-in and nip point hazards.
