29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a) jobsite: 1532 Manton Street, Sidewalk - The working level of a fabricated frame scaffold was not fully planked or decked between the front and rear uprights thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately thirteen (13) feet while performing bricklaying operations. Observed on or about 03/11/13.
