29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6): Training was not based on the duties and functions to be performed by each responder of an emergency response: (a) Oil Movements, Polymer Modified Asphalt Tank 113; On or about April 28, 2015 Calumet Superior, LLC. did not provide adequate training to identify duties and functions to be performed when addressing fire and increasing pressurization within the atmospheric tank as employees attempted to install a blind on the vent/overflow line.
