29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they are readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they are in their work area(s): (a) Native Tree Service, LLC., at 9241 High Street in Thornton, Colorado 80229: On or before July 6, 2018, the employer did not maintain copies of the safety data sheets and did not ensure that they were readily accessible in to employees in their work area for employee use of chemicals such as, but not limited to, gasoline, diesel, lubricants, and oils. This condition exposed employees to chemical exposure hazards.
