29 CFR 1926.502(d)(20): The employer did not provide for prompt rescue of employees in the event of a fall or did not assure that employees were able to rescue themselves: A. On or about July 30, 2018, 11 Thompson Road, East Windsor, CT rooftop jobsite: The employer did not ensure that employees on the site were effectively tied off to an anchor point and were wearing rescue straps attached to their harnesses that could be used by the employee to reduce pressure caused by the harness in case of a fall incident.
