29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question. On or about April, 24, 2019, in building one (1) on the 2nd floor, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 9 feet, in that; they had not been trained by a competent person on how to erect or inspect the scaffold that they were working from.
