29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: On or about October 9, 2019 and times prior to, the employer did not post exit signs along an exit access route on the south side of the warehouse, exposing employees to potential fire hazards. Nu-Way Products Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1375716, citation number 3, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/21/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 220 Garrison Avenue, West Memphis, AR 72301.
