29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs 42 inches or less from the floor level were not fully enclosed by guards conforming to requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): a)111 Reece Avenue Harrington, DE. - On or about September 23, 2020, an employee working from the underside of a conveyor belt system Line #4 attempting to correct packages which were entangled/stuck in a turn [e.g. S curve] along the rotating conveyor belt cylinders in this production area of the facility which had a horizontal belt that runs below 42 inches and were not fully enclosed or sufficiently guarded.
