29 CFR 1910.268(j)(3): Vehicle-mounted elevating and rotating work platforms shall not be operated with any conductive part of the equipment closer to exposed energized power lines than the clearances set forth in Table R-2 of this section. a) 130 Tressler Lane Spring Mills, PA Residential Cabin - The uninsulated articulating arm and bucket of a Chevy C5500 Utility Truck was operated in the vicinity of energized 7200-volt overhead lines, on or about August 10, 2022, on or about August 10, 2022. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
