29 CFR 1910.157(e)(1): The employer must be responsible for the inspection, maintenance and testing of all portable fire extinguishers in the workplace. a) On or about February 21, 2024, and at times prior thereto; in the water tanks area, where extinguishers provided by the employer for use, were not inspected, maintained, and tested.
