29 CFR 1910.132(f)(3)(ii): The employer did not retrain employees when changes in the types of PPE to be used rendered previous training obsolete. a) On or about February 20, 2024, employees were not retrained where changes in the types of PPE to be used render previous training obsolete required by 29 CFR 1910.132(f)(2). Employees engaged in maintenance and servicing activities were exposed to chemical burn hazards and were not trained on the use of protective jackets while conducting line break actives.
