29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(iii): The employer, having a workplace requiring the use of respirators, did not have fit testing procedures included in its written respiratory program as required by this section. a) Lippman- Milwaukee 51x65 LS Crusher Plant. On or about February 28, 2023, and times prior, employees were required to wear N95 respirators but did not have a fit-test conducted prior to using the respirators while operating an impact crusher plant that was crushing concrete.
