29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(iii): Points of access, material handling areas, storage areas, and/or hoisting areas were not connected to the work area by an access path formed by two warning lines: A. On or about July 30, 2018, 11 Thompson Road, East Windsor, CT jobsite: Employees accessed the rooftop jobsite through an access hatch. There was no access path formed by warning lines leading from the hatch to the center of the roof where roofing and skylight replacement work was being conducted.
