29 CFR 1910.119(i)(1): The employer did not perform a pre-startup safety review for new facilities and for modified facilities when the modification was significant enough to require a change in the process safety information. (a) In the canning building, on or about February 8, 2017, and at times prior to, the employer did not perform and document a pre-start safety review with regards to the addition of a "small canning" line that was added to the covered process in 2015 exposing employees to a chemical hazard.
