29 CFR 1910.178(k)(1): The brakes of highway truck(s) were not set and wheel chocks placed under the rear wheels to prevent truck(s) from rolling: a) WBM International, LLC /Flemington, NJ site - Loading dock doors #7 & #8: Employee loads and unloads the over-the-road trucks using a propane powered forklift truck without setting the wheel chocks in place and or engaging the dock hitches to ensure that the trailer doesn't move while the forklift is on it. Condition noted on or about 6/23/2017.
