29 CFR 1910.151(b): There was neither an infirmary, clinic, or hospital used for the treatment of all injured employees in near proximity to the workplace nor a person or persons adequately trained to render first aid. On or about 2 July 2018, and at times prior thereto, three workers were performing tree cutting activities at a site that was not in near proximity to medical assistance, nor was there a person on site that was adequately trained to render first aid. During the course of work, one of the workers fell from a one-story roof, suffering fatal injuries.
