29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Unsecured ladder(s) were used on surfaces that were not stable and level: On or about 12/13/2018, at 7257 Wilton Drive, in Naples, Florida, an unsecured ladder was placed on barrel tiles of a 5:12 pitch roof while employees gained accessed to the second story of a roof at a residential home under construction, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10-feet to a lower level.
