29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings shall be effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment. a. Located at 4881 Sinclair Road, Columbus, Ohio, 43229: On or about January 14, 2019, where employees accessed the control room, there were unused openings in the side of the electrical box on the west side of the room, thereby exposing employees to an electrical contact hazard. b. a.
