29 CFR 1910.147(c)(5)(i): Locks, tags, chains, wedges, key blocks, adapter pins, self-locking fasteners, or other hardware were not provided by the employer for isolating, securing or blocking of machines or equipment from energy sources: a ) Assembly Line/Clean Room - On or about 3/9/2019 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that blocks were not avail able to CIT Specialists for isolating and securing the machine from energy sources when employees were replacing clamp pad for GA 00-100 TM Case Tum Over #1 machine.
