29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) West-facing side of I-Guide Platform: On or before June 13, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not install guards on chain and sprockets for the re-weld I-Guide motors.
