29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure; a) QC/Photo Area, 100 Atlantic Avenue, Building J, Camden NJ: Extension cords used to power monitors, computers, etc. were running under pieces of cardboard that were secured across active walkways throughout the QC/Photo Area of the facility. Condition observed on or about 07/08/19. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
