29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a. At residential construction site located at 2419 Woodward Hills, lot 172 in Clermont, FL, an employee was exposed to fall and struck-by hazards when helping lift a 24' x 16 " floor joist onto a 9-foot wall while standing on the top of a 6-foot A-Frame Aluminum ladder. Employee fell off the ladder and struck by the joist, on or about July 18, 2019.
