29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: On or about October 12, 2019, at the 14th floor swimming pool area of the Hard Rock Hotel construction site at 1031 Canal St., New Orleans, LA, employees were wearing personal fall arrest systems without receiving training prior to starting the job, exposing employees to fall hazards.
