29 CFR 1928.57(a)(6)(v): The employer did not provide instructions to the employees to lock out electrical power before performing maintenance or service on farmstead equipment. The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to struck-by, caught-in-between and electrical hazardous. The condition was most recently observed on about on or about May 5th, 2020 at a silo located at 8702 Highway B in Palmyra, MO. Randall E. Klocke Farm had not provided instructions to facilitate lock out of electrical power before performing maintenance or service on farmstead equipment.
