29 CFR 1910.146(d)(4)(i):Under the permit-required confined space program required by 29 CFR 1910.146(c)(4), the employer did not ensure that testing and monitoring equipment needed to comply with 29 CFR 1910.146(d)(5) was maintained properly: On or about August 12, 2020, the employer did not ensure that atmospheric testing equipment was maintained and verified for accuracy through the use of daily bump testing. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that atmospheric testing equipment is properly maintained and verified for accuracy.
