29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards associated on a fabricated framed scaffolding. This was most recently documented on or about September 4, 2020, at a jobsite located at 12 Seminole Circle, Lake Winnebago, Missouri. Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on scaffold platforms and the planking running from the scaffolding to the roof structure and were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, which includes the use of with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
