29 CFR 1910.29(b)(10): The employer did not ensure that when guardrail systems are used at hoist areas, a removable guardrail section, consisting of a top rail and midrail, are placed across the access opening between guardrail sections when employees are not performing hoisting operations: a) At the wall molds area of the plant, on or about May 04, 2021, employees were exposed a 9.5 feet fall hazard when walking on top of the molds after a concrete pour, in that a midrail was not used on the north and south sides of wall molds 1, 2, 5 and 6. b) At the wall molds area of the plant, on or about May 04, 2021, employees were exposed a 9.5 feet fall hazard when walking on top of the molds after a concrete pour, in that a midrail was not used on the north side of wall molds 3, 4 and 7.
