29 CFR 1910.178(m)(3): Unauthorized personnel were permitted to ride on powered industrial trucks. A safe place to ride was not provided where riding of industrial trucks is authorized. Location: 40 Western Road Suite 110 Kearny, NJ 07032-warehouse a) Unauthorized employee was exposed to crushing and struck-by hazards while hanging and riding on the side of a Raymond Bearing No. 4752113951 forklift throughout the warehouse with other forklift operations occurring nearby. The incident occurred on or about 7/27/21.
