29 CFR 1910.420(a): The employer did not develop and maintain a safe practices manual: a. Pond near Hole No. 7 at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, located at 200 Ponte Vedra Boulevard in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida: On or about December 3, 2021, the employer exposed employees to drowning hazards, in that the employer failed to develop and maintain a safe practice manual for divers, prior to employees performing underwater diving operations.
