29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): Employees were allowed to work on surfaces which did not have the requisite strength and structural integrity: a- Barington Court, Building 3, Mount Holly NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 8 feet 8 inches to the cement surface below, when walking on a 2 x 6 piece of lumber that spanned between two framed structures and did not have the requisite strength and integrity to be walked on. Condition observed on or about 01/19/22.
